The use of PVC sheets is gaining immense popularity in various sectors owing to their versatility, durability, and cost-effectiveness. PVC is a very versatile plastic material, providing high durability, resistance to weather, chemical resistance, and a popular choice across industries that require both longevity and low maintenance.
PVC COVERS AND TARPS
Lightweight and Easy to Handle: PVC sheets are lightweight, making them easy to transport, handle, and install. This not only reduces labour costs but also shortens project timelines. Their versatility during handling means they can be easily cut, shaped, and fitted, reducing the need for specialised tools or machinery.
Affordable: Compared to the traditional use of Canvas, PVC sheets are more cost-effective. Their affordability, combined with their durability, makes them a highly attractive option with businesses looking to reduce material costs without compromising on quality or performance.
Durability: PVC sheets also have the feature of durability, withstanding capabilities, and ease in maintenance in line with adverse weather conditions.
The cost-effectiveness and long-lasting performance of PVC helps reduce maintenance and material costs and is ultimately a practical, durable solution to suit applications across multiple industries including building & construction, automotive and marine.
PVC Welding
With High Frequency & Wedge Welding technology, we can bond PVC and polyurethane plastics & fabrics producing stronger, airtight and waterproof seams.
Compared to other welding methods, high-frequency welding generates heat internally within the material, resulting in stronger, more airtight, and more efficient bonds—especially for thermoplastics like PVC and DriZ shade cloth fabric.
Wedge Welding
Our hot wedge welding machine is used to join PVC and other thermoplastic films through continuous thermal fusion creating a permanent, airtight seam.
High-frequency (HF) welding
Our high-frequency (HF) welding machine is used to manufacture heavy-duty tarps, covers and marquees by using electromagnetic or radio-frequency (RF) energy to melt and join the PVC from the inside out.
